After a disasterous Super Bowl, I think that Belichick and the rest of the Patriots will be blood-thirsty, and eager to prove that they are still No. 1. Spygate has been a serious PR thorn in the side, but the coaching staff and players don't let it affect them. I'm also excited about newly acquired linebacker Jerod Mayo, who was drafted by the Pats 10th overall this year. Also, 6th round draft pick Bo Ruud, a linebacker out of Nebraska, should be a great Patriot. Football is in his blood, with his brother Barrett playing for the Bucs, and his father played 5 seasons in the NFL himself. They look good. Brady should be his usual consistent self, and Randy Moss is the boss. Wes Welker is not a secret any more, but he should still post solid numbers as Brady's security blanket. Laurence Maroney is looking forward to this season, carrying the momentum of a great post-season from last year. He should become more of a threat in the Patriots offense this season.

Welcome Statement

This will be the first post in a long list of many...
In this blog I will write with slight humor and use my opinion, while always supporting my argument with stats and facts.
